Do I need an account to order?
Nope! You can check out as a guest. That said, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, manage returns, and get early access to new arrivals. Totally up to you.
How do I place an order?
Just browse the site, add your favorites to your cart, and head to checkout. You’ll enter your shipping details, apply any discount codes, and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so reach out to us at service@cloudclosetstudio.com within 6 hours if you need to make a change or cancel. We’ll do everything we can to help, but once an order is in fulfillment, changes may not be possible.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the “Discount” field at checkout and click Apply. The savings will show up in your order total before you pay. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Are transactions secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL and AES-256 encryption for all payments. Your information is safe.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and applicable state tax laws. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder or email us at service@cloudclosetstudio.com.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us at service@cloudclosetstudio.com right away — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. Once it’s on its way, we can’t redirect it, so please double-check your address before confirming!

What’s your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. To get started, email us at service@cloudclosetstudio.com with your order number.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’re so sorry! Email us at service@cloudclosetstudio.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won’t need to return the item.
I never received my order. Help!
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you can’t find it, check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom first. Still missing after that? Email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. If it’s confirmed lost after 15 business days, we’ll make it right.

How do I find my size?
Each product page has a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the guide rather than going by your usual size, since sizing can vary between styles and brands. When in doubt, size up!
Do you restock sold-out items?
We do restock popular styles! The best way to know is to sign up for restock notifications on the product page, or follow us on social media for announcements.
The color looks different from the photo. Is that normal?
It can happen! Screen brightness and settings vary a lot between devices. We do our best to photograph items in natural light for the most accurate color, but slight variations are possible.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Just click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email from us — it takes one click and you’ll be removed immediately. No hard feelings at all!
