We want you to absolutely love what you ordered. But we also know that sometimes things just don’t work out — a size is off, the color looks different in person, or it just doesn’t feel right when it arrives. That’s totally okay. Here’s how we make it right.

What We Accept for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be:

 Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

 In its original condition with all tags still attached

 In the original packaging if possible

 

We’re unable to accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items that show signs of wear. If you’re not sure whether your item qualifies, just email us — we’ll always try to work something out.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy:

1. Email us at service@cloudclosetstudio.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address

3. Pack your item securely and use a trackable shipping service

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund

 

Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Here’s what to expect:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund hasn’t appeared after 14 business days, check with your bank first, then reach out to us at service@cloudclosetstudio.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re so sorry if something went wrong with your order! If your item arrived damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us at service@cloudclosetstudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

 Your order number

 A photo showing the issue

 A brief description of what happened

 

We’ll get back to you within 1 business day and make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won’t need to return the item in these cases.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind right after ordering? Email us at service@cloudclosetstudio.com within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to cancel before it ships. Once an order has been sent to fulfillment, we can’t guarantee a cancellation, but you can always return it once it arrives.

Package Never Arrived?

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom. If it’s genuinely missing, contact us at service@cloudclosetstudio.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier. If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, we’ll send a replacement right away.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges, but here’s the simplest way to get what you want:

1. Return the original item for a refund

2. Place a new order for the right size or style

This way you get the fastest turnaround and we can guarantee the item is in stock for you.
