Processing Time
After your payment is confirmed, we typically process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is shipped, you can generally expect it within 5–8 business days for standard delivery. Please note that these are estimates — peak seasons, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally affect timing. We appreciate your patience when that happens!
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch with us at service@cloudclosetstudio.com and we’ll look into it right away.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours of receiving that email, don’t worry — it can sometimes take a day or two for the system to catch up. You can also reach out to us if something looks off.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our emails to be the first to know!
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re unable to redirect packages once they’ve been dispatched, and we can’t be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information. If you spot an error right after ordering, email us at service@cloudclosetstudio.com immediately and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us within 7 days at service@cloudclosetstudio.com. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package isn’t there, check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom first. Still missing? Reach out and we’ll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If your order is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
